  • Policy minimum: $1,200 minimum annual contribution for recurring premiums or $5,000 minimum single premium
  • Policy maximum: The sum of all premium payments may not exceed $1 million without home office approval
  • The maximum premium that may be contributed into this contract each contract year after the first contract year is the greater of 200% of the sum of premiums paid in the first contract year or $10,000
